Balls of Love

That's what i'm calling them anyway. someone mentioned this combo of ingredients at a party last feb and i thought "oh, yummy" and then i find the same thing on my mom's fridge. dad had pried the recipe from a coworker that brought these balls to a Christmas party. i'm calling them balls of love because they take a bit of time and muscle...or maybe I'm just pregnant. but they were super delicish and i'm going to share.

1 pkg Oreos crushed until fine with no chunks
1 8oz cream cheese really room temp
white almond bark to dip balls in
chocolate almond bark to drizzle.

mix the crushed oreo with the cream cheese; freeze for at least an hour. roll mixture into balls of desired size. i liked the small size; you can eat more with less guilt. harden the little black balls of goodness on wax paper and then dip in the white chocolate. harden again and drizzle with chocolate. keep refrigerated. bet cha' can't eat just one!

Greater love hath no woman than this: to make oreo balls for her family.
