For many years now I have tried to convince Brian to give the children Father's Blessings before school starts. My dad always did it. And I love them and always look forward to them. Brian felt that it would make them to comment and not special anymore if we did it annually. Excuses. I stopped asking.
But this year I had a great idea in preparing for Brayland's birthday. How about giving the kids blessings the Sunday prior to their birthday each year! And Brian said okay! I feel this might work out better because with homeschooling we really don't have a beginning if the year.
