We have officially made it to week three without dying. This week has been a rollercoster of emotions. Theres a lot so we're going to do a highlight reel of my favorit moments and stories. Ight here we go. Disclamer these are not in any spcific order
1. We dicovered the joy of replacing the vowles in words with "oob". For example my name would be Brooblooboob Hoobnsoobn. We were laughing so hard expecily when we found out that it sounds like a Sim freaking out (video game I've actually never played) so we were just talking in oob jibberish for way to long. The night got even better when Sister Monson (shes the wife of someone in our branch presidency and not related to president Monson) told us her maden name is Quackebush.
2. One day at lunch the Elders mixed a bunch of things in a cup which included: milk, soda, orange juice, a crap ton of salt, Tony's seasoning, and probaly a bunch of other stuff too. And the Elders dared me to drink it, with the promise that if I did they would buy me a candy bar. For some reason I agreed to drink it but MID SIP Elder Hunter said "Will you meow like a cat after you drink it." That one sentence caused me to laugh so hard that I may or may not have spewed it all over him. #noregrets
3. We had some crazy bonding moments as a district this week and I think its safe to say that these people will always be more than friends to me, they are my family. I serisously could not have survived these last couple weeks without them.
4. Elder Hunter and I switched names tags a week ago and NO ONE noticed until two days ago but we still havent switched back
5. We went to the Temple this morning for baptisms (one of my names was Carrie Underwood) the Provo Temple is gorgeous inside and out, I love their baptismal font. It does kinda look like a really fancy tissue box though, a very beautiful one obviously.
6. I only have 6 more days in the MTC and I am literally so excited to get to the mission feild! Although my check out time is 5:45am, not siked about that. I'm not ready to split ways with everyone in my district but it's something I'm going to have to get used to.
6. After the temple we had an epic snowball fight and Elder Hunter pegged me in the back of the head with a snow ball, its okay though I got him back. Elder Hunter is low key my best friend out of the Elders.
7. Are you spanking my monkey right now?" is my new favorit thing to say it just means "are you kidding me right now" or "are you joking me right now" the way Elder Howard says it just makes it the funnest thing that ever been said.
